Which projects do we work on?
Within Corporate & Investment Banking Solutions, we are launching a recruitment process to add an Analyst to the Credit Portfolio Analysis team.
The increasing sophistication of transactions and projects involving large national and international corporations demands professionals with a solid financial foundation, strong analytical skills, and excellent risk judgment.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly specialized team, participating in the evaluation, structuring, and monitoring of complex transactions, with constant exposure to top-tier clients and key areas of Corporate & Investment Banking.
Additionally, the position offers a significant international component, requiring frequent interaction in English, both spoken and written.

Key responsibilities:
Â
- Analyze, prepare, and draft credit proposals for large corporations, evaluating the purpose of the financing, client creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
- Conduct advanced economic-financial analyses, financial modeling, and cash flow studies.
- Oversee and monitor overall client profitability, including capital consumption, RAR, negotiated offsets, and other value-creation indicators.
- Prepare documentation and executive reports, a significant portion of which will be entirely in English.
- Participate in client meetings and visits to gain a deeper understanding of their business, strategy, financial situation, and financing needs.
- Coordinate with teams specializing in Structured Finance, Project Finance, Ratings, Portfolio Monitoring, Risk, and other specialized areas of the bank.
- Maintain ongoing communication with corporate Risk departments, contributing to transaction approval and monitoring processes.
Minimum requirements
Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate risk analysis, corporate banking, or structured finance.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Postgraduate training in Finance, Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance is highly valued.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification—or being in the process of obtaining it—is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

- Bilingual or equivalent level of English (C1/C2); essential for both oral and written communication.
- Proficiency in credit risk analysis techniques and financial valuation.
- Ability to build and interpret complex financial models and cash flow generation analyses.
- Advanced Excel skills and professional proficiency in PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
- Extensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and various corporate financing solutions.
